Tips Fail di rumah @ Filing at home

Bila makin tua ni, banyak pulak surat-surat yang diterima. Tapi bukan surat cinta ye. Kebanyakannya surat dari bank. Surat hutang.. Hehe. Takdelah. Actually bila kita dah start beli aset ni, macam-macam surat akan diterima. Ada surat lawyer. Surat cukai pintu. Surat maintenance fee. Resit pembayaran.. Dan macam-macam lagilah surat.

Kalau anda terima surat sebegini, pastikan anda tapis dulu kepentingan surat tu. Kalau penting, make sure anda simpan elok-elok di dalam fail. Contohnya macam surat berkaitan bukti pembayaran dan jumlah pinjaman yang dibuat. Semua ini mungkin penting di saat tertentu. Contohnya apabila anda nak beli rumah. Kalau saya, saya suka simpan dalam fail ikut kategori. Tak nak la bercampur aduk. Kalau campur aduk, nanti susah nak cari lagi 10 tahun. Hehe.. Contohnya, ada fail utk rumah A, rumah B, kereta, anak-anak, sijil-sijil, resit penting ( untuk claim warranty), kwsp, investments, tax dan macam-macam lagi.

Kesimpulannya, fail juga penting di rumah ye. Bukan sahaja di office tau. Mulakan fail anda sekarang untuk kemudahan di masa hadapan.

Pejam celik pejam celik sekarang dah masuk bulan November 2015. Wow. Cepatnya masa berlalu. Tak lama lagi tibalah bulan Disember, iaitu musim cuti sekolah dan juga musim kenduri kahwin.

Bagi yang nak adakan majlis perkahwinan bulan disember pula, mesti sekarang dah makin busy menyediakan persiapan. Dan bagi yang mempunyai saudara mara yang akan berkahwin pula, mesti ada yang dah start fikirkan hadiah apa nak beli untuk pasangan pengantin baru.

Menunggu kelahiran baby? What to expect?

Alhamdulillah. Admin telah dikurniakan tiga orang anak yang sihat sejahtera. Two boys and one girl. Ketiga-tiga mempunyai ragam yang berbeza especially masa baby.

Yang pertama paling senang nak jaga masa baby. Tak kuat nangis. Tak berjaga malam. Lepas bagi susu, terus sambung tidur. Sampaila habis pantang. Nak tidur pun senang dan lama. Sempatla kita nak berehat dan uruskan apa yang perlu masa baby tidur.

Yang kedua pula agak mencabar sikit. Tidur sekejap-sekejap. Selalu menangis. Mandi pun menangis. Nak tidur pun susah. Cukup je umur 30 hari, terus admin tidurkan dalam buaian. Hehe.. So lama sikitla baby tidur. Itupun tak boleh henti buaikan. Kena buai je sepanjang dia tidur. Dah besar sikit, baru ok. Yang bestnye, anak kedua tak kena jaundice. So tak perlulah menginap di hospital masa awal-awal. And bila besar, this boy sangat cepat pick up and minat mainan yang beunsur menguji minda macam puzzles and memorizing things.

Yang ketiga pulak, kesusahan dia macam intermediate level. Tengah-tengah. Kadang-kadang senang tidur, kadang-kadang susah tidur. Bila susah tidur, mulalah episod meragam.

Alhamdulillah so far all my three babies bukan jenis berjaga malam :). That's a great relief. And some of things that we learnt if baby keep looking uneasy and crying:

1. Baby is hungry. So you have to feed the baby. For breastfeeding mums especially, you can observe weather the diaper is wet or not to get the idea weather your baby is drinking enough milk or not.

2.Baby needs a diaper change.

3. Baby is feeling hot ( cloth to thick) or cold (after bath).

4. Baby just wants to be hugged to make him/her feel safe (e.g due to thunder sound).

5. Baby needs a burppppp...

Superman Birthday Party!!!

Superman themed birthday party

Currently looking for idea on superman themed birthday party as my youngest hero is a great fan of superman and his birthday is approaching soon.This boy generally wear his superman costumes almost everyday. :)

MacamMacamBoleh @ Farm in The City

Farm in The City located in Seri Kembangan, Selangor is not to be missed if you have young children. Basically, it's like a mini petting zoo with animals such as tortoise, birds, snake, horses, peacock, and rabbit. You'll get the chance to feed the animals here. Besides, there are also mini animal shows. Overall I think there are still plenty of room for improvements needed for this place. However, I think my children are entertained enough after about two-three hours of close up with the animals. Normal entrance fee is RM48 and RM 38 per adult and child respectively. However if you have a Mykad, the price is RM30 and RM25 per adult and child respectively.

Memang impactful walaupun nampak simple je. And of coz comel.. Hihi

Tapi memang betul pon.. Sometimes kita memang perlu tgk kehidupan kita from different angles. Especially bila kita di dua tahap ekstrim dalam hidup iaitu, bila kita feeling down dan murung dan bila kita rasa up macam bertembangan di awang awangan2.

Bila kita sentiasa stop untuk berfikir pada angle yg lain pada masa ketika itu, barulah perasaan syukur, puas dan happy tu datang dan dipenuhi dengan kepuasan ataupun self satisfaction!

So nasihat admin, just be happy, whenever u r down, cuba tengok balik diri sendiri. Pasti ada orang yang sgt happy untuk berada dalam keadaan kita pada masa itu. Dan sebaliknya juga begitu. Ini juga antara cara untuk kita tidak putus asa dan terus berjuang, dan supaya kita tidak riak atau sombong bila berjaya. Syukur dan satisfaction amatlah penting untuk kita terus move forward dan move forward.

Are you planning a trip to Hong Kong? Here's some suggestion on how your itinerary can be:

Day 1 : Arrival in Hong Kong airport in the midday after taking a morning flight. Take a taxi from the airport to your hotel for hotel check-in and luggage drop. Taxi can be obtained easily from the airport with many signage and maps to guide you to the right taxi weather the Urban Taxi or the Lantau Taxi. Other options of transportation is either by taking the Airport Express train or the coaches from the airport.

After check-in and a bit of rest at the hotel, take the MRT and tram to get to the Peak, the highest point of the Hong Kong Island which offers a breathtaking view of Hong Kong. Both daytime and night view are amazing. Ensure you wear enough clothing if you visit here in winter.

Day 2: Spend the whole day at Disneyland, enjoy the rides and shows till the final parade.

For Muslims, don't worry about getting the Halal Food. There are two restaurant in Disneyland Hong Kong which offers Halal food. One of it is the Tahitian Terrace.

Day 3: Spend the whole day at another Hong Kong famous theme park, Ocean Park. There are so many rides to try here in addition to some shows such as the Dolphin show. Hence, ensure you get here early and wear layers of clothes during winter.

Day 4: Spend the whole day exploring and shopping at few of Hong Kong famous markets such as the Ladies Market and the Stanley Market which offer souvenir, clothing, accessories and many more or perhaps take a ride to Citygate Outlet, the largest outlet mall in Hong Kong.

During late afternoon, stroll along Tsim Sha Tsui Promenade and Avenue of Stars to enjoy Hong Kong scenery and hang around until the Symphony of Light show begins at 8pm everyday. This show is named as the 'World's Largest Permanent Light and Sound Show' by Guinness World Record and involves more than 40 buildings on both sides of Hong Kong harbour.

Day 5: Check-out and fly back home.

Malacca Zoo

Enjoy the photos of some animals you can see at Malacca Zoo. Generally, all the animals in kids' animal books are there. Ticket price for Malaysian adult is RM16.90 while for Malaysian children is RM6.80. There is also a tram service inside the zoo at the cost of RM 5 for adult and RM 3 for children. However, if you are still young and energetic, try not taking the tram.. =) You can also visit the zoo at night for a Night Safari adventure.

Singapore Flyer

Singapore Flyer, or the giant ferris wheel is quite similar to the famous London Eye. Located at the Marina Bay, it offers amazing and panaromic view of the city. Ticket price for adult is S$33 while for children above 3 years old is S$21. Overall I conclude that the experience riding Singapore Flyer is fantastic =). Below are some of the photos captured from inside of Singapore Flyer. You can even have a sky dining experience or celebrate a birthday dinner inside the Singapore Flyer flight. Do allocate 2-3 hours for a visit here for additional queuing time, souvenir hunting or perhaps even mealtime at plenty of restaurants at the terminal.
