MacamMacamBoleh @ Farm in The City

Farm in The City located in Seri Kembangan, Selangor is not to be missed if you have young children. Basically, it's like a mini petting zoo with animals such as tortoise, birds, snake, horses, peacock, and rabbit. You'll get the chance to feed the animals here. Besides, there are also mini animal shows. Overall I think there are still plenty of room for improvements needed for this place. However, I think my children are entertained enough after about two-three hours of close up with the animals. Normal entrance fee is RM48 and RM 38 per adult and child respectively. However if you have a Mykad, the price is RM30 and RM25 per adult and child respectively.

Admin tengah browse through the internet utk dapatkan inspirasi pada hari ni. Then, lucky terserempak dengan quote ni.

Memang impactful walaupun nampak simple je. And of coz comel.. Hihi

Tapi memang betul pon.. Sometimes kita memang perlu tgk kehidupan kita from different angles. Especially bila kita di dua tahap ekstrim dalam hidup iaitu, bila kita feeling down dan murung dan bila kita rasa up macam bertembangan di awang awangan2.

Bila kita sentiasa stop untuk berfikir pada angle yg lain pada masa ketika itu, barulah perasaan syukur, puas dan happy tu datang dan dipenuhi dengan kepuasan ataupun self satisfaction!

So nasihat admin, just be happy, whenever u r down, cuba tengok balik diri sendiri. Pasti ada orang yang sgt happy untuk berada dalam keadaan kita pada masa itu. Dan sebaliknya juga begitu. Ini juga antara cara untuk kita tidak putus asa dan terus berjuang, dan supaya kita tidak riak atau sombong bila berjaya. Syukur dan satisfaction amatlah penting untuk kita terus move forward dan move forward.

So thank you little kitty kucing for posing yg sangat comel dan mengingatkan kita!

Are you planning a trip to Hong Kong? Here's some suggestion on how your itinerary can be:

Day 1 : Arrival in Hong Kong airport in the midday after taking a morning flight. Take a taxi from the airport to your hotel for hotel check-in and luggage drop. Taxi can be obtained easily from the airport with many signage and maps to guide you to the right taxi weather the Urban Taxi or the Lantau Taxi. Other options of transportation is either by taking the Airport Express train or the coaches from the airport.

After check-in and a bit of rest at the hotel, take the MRT and tram to get to the Peak, the highest point of the Hong Kong Island which offers a breathtaking view of Hong Kong. Both daytime and night view are amazing. Ensure you wear enough clothing if you visit here in winter.

Day 2: Spend the whole day at Disneyland, enjoy the rides and shows till the final parade.

For Muslims, don't worry about getting the Halal Food. There are two restaurant in Disneyland Hong Kong which offers Halal food. One of it is the Tahitian Terrace.

Day 3: Spend the whole day at another Hong Kong famous theme park, Ocean Park. There are so many rides to try here in addition to some shows such as the Dolphin show. Hence, ensure you get here early and wear layers of clothes during winter.

Day 4: Spend the whole day exploring and shopping at few of Hong Kong famous markets such as the Ladies Market and the Stanley Market which offer souvenir, clothing, accessories and many more or perhaps take a ride to Citygate Outlet, the largest outlet mall in Hong Kong.

During late afternoon, stroll along Tsim Sha Tsui Promenade and Avenue of Stars to enjoy Hong Kong scenery and hang around until the Symphony of Light show begins at 8pm everyday. This show is named as the 'World's Largest Permanent Light and Sound Show' by Guinness World Record and involves more than 40 buildings on both sides of Hong Kong harbour.

Day 5: Check-out and fly back home.

Planning a trip for an extra long weekend? Perhaps an additional 1 or 2 days for your weekend due to back-to-back public holiday can cater a trip to Legoland Themepark in Johor Bahru. This theme park is highly recommended if you have children above 6 years old especially. Why 6? Because that's the minimum age for most of the rides in the Legoland Park. But to me, toddlers can still enjoy many things here.

Allocate one whole day to be spent here to enjoy all the rides. My advice is to come here not during school holidays.. Or you'll have to queue for the rides. The ticket price is RM 100++ for adult. A bit pricey but I think the entertainment is worth it. Try purchasing the tickets online and in advance to get a cheaper price. When we went there, there was a discount for Maybank credit card holder. There is also the Legoland water park (different ticket and price) if you enjoy water-based adventures. Also consider to get a one year pass if you live nearby and enjoy theme parks.

If you have an extra budget, stay one night at the Legoland Hotel Malaysia. The rooms are theme-based with kids own sleeping area (extra two bunk-beds) and even completed with lego bricks set for your kids to play.

Legoland is located nearby Puteri Harbour. If you are driving using the PLUS highway, take the Nusajaya exit. There are also few direct bus services to get here. One of it is from KL (pickup point at the Royale Bintang) at the price of RM 57 per adult for one way.

CIA course at IIAM

Hi All ! For those interested to go for the Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) status, the opportunity is always open for practitioners of compliance and intern auditing background.

In Malaysia, there is the Institute Of Internal Auditors Malaysia (IIAM) that offers the opportunity. Like any other institutions such as IEM which offer professioanl engineers cerification, IIAM does the same.

There are classes offered by IIAM to help candidates to prepare aside from own study. For instant, CIA students tend to use the study materials offerd by GLIEM. Other than that, some educational intitutions such as Sunway College offers courses to assist candidates in the study process.

CIA challenge is where the passing marks for a total of 3 exams is relatively hugh at 75%. And occasionally, the number of candidates who passes a particular exam is rated at 40%. Super tough i would say.

So fo those interested, please do register at IIAM through their online site. Location of the training center is at Maluri Complex in the middle of KL (as of oct 2015) where the IIAM head office is also located at now. Soon the office will be moving to Jalan Sultan Ismail which is near KLCC.

Tips Hibur Anak Tanpa Gadget

Bagaimana nak hiburkan anak kecil tanpa menggunakan gadget?

Mesti ramai parents yang kadang kadang kekeringan idea nak main apa dgn anak kecil kan? Ending dia, ramai yang bagi ipad je kat anak especially bila parents dah penat atau ada benda lain perlu diuruskan. Ini adalah sesuatu yang merisaukan sebab gadget ini boleh jadikan anak kita anti social dan lebih suka bermain ipad berbanding bermain dgn anak kecil lain.

Di sini saya ada beberapa cadangan aktiviti yang boleh dilakukakan bersama anak khususnya yang berusia 2-5 tahun berdasarkan pengalaman saya:

1. Painting: Dapatkan water colour, kertas putih kosong, brush dan pallete di kedai alat tulis. Bagi anak anak explore aktiviti ini. Tp jangan lupa pastikan anda sediakan alas surat khabar terlebih dahulu. Kalau nak senang, main painting kat luar rumah pun ok. Takdela kesan kotor kat carpet dalam rumah tu.

2. Main bola: Ni paling senang, ambik bola dan sepakkan je bola ( dengan gentle ye ) tu ke arah anak anda dan minta dia sepak balik kat anda .

3. Swimming: Sekarang dah banyak sangat kolam renang untuk public. Bayarannya pun selalunya murah ataupun free. Anda cuma perlu google je kolam renang berdekatan rumah anda, sediakan baju renang anda dan anak seterusnya masuk lah ke dalam kolam renang. Hihi

4. Playdoh : Dapatkan playdoh atau jenama lain di kedai permainan. Lagi best kalau anda belikan acuan pelbagai bentuk. Guarantee anak anda happy. Jangan lupa simpan dalam bekas yang bertutup kemas lepas main supaya playdoh tak cepat jadi keras.

5. Bubbles: Anda boleh beli air bubbles ni di kedai atau gunakan kaedah DIY untuk buat sendiri bubble solution ni di rumah.

6. Zoo : Lazimnya anak kecil sukakan binatang. Jadi, sekali sekala, bawakla anak kecil gi zoo untuk hiburkan hati mereka.

7. Morning walk/ jogging: Aktiviti ni memang sesuai kalau anda pun nak exercise. Bawak je satu keluarga pergi park atau taman taman berhampiran. Selalunya taman ni mesti ada playground untuk anak anda main sekali.

8. Gardening: Bagi mereka yang suka gardening, bolehlah libatkan anak anda dalam aktiviti ini seperti minta mereka tolong siram pokok atau cabut rumput.

9. Basuh kereta: Lazimnya kanak- kanak suka main air. Di samping membersihkan kereta anda, anda pasti akan membuatkan anak anda gembira main air.

10.Lego: Inilah antara mainan yang paling senang nak didapatkan dan sangat menghiburkan hati anak. Di samping itu ia boleh jadikan anak anda lebih kreatif.

11. Bermain di pantai: Sekali sekala bawakla juga anak anda bercuti di persisiran pantai. Mesti mereka sangat suka main air dan pasir.
